I painted this on the first offical day at the Indiana Plein Air Painter's "First Brush of Spring" in New Harmony, Indiana. It was a perfect day for plein air painting! That Sycamore tree is one of the largest Sycamores in the state of Indiana. The house is one of the oldest historical homes in the town of New Harmony.
